I took off my snow tires (last week? time is meaningless) and found that one of my all-season tires had developed dimples on its sidewall. It’s toast, right? I had a set of tires with the indented appearance many years ago. I drove them without failure until they had minimum tread.

Had a tire like that on my brother's E34 until he got a new set of wheels. Never had any issues with it.

Nope, that’s just a vent.

At least I’m pretty sure it is... it does look like there is a piece of hose on it for some reason.
