Re: Don't Ask This Kid
Well forget guns! It's simple... if you are a wimp as RickHaleParker puts it and wish to kill the multitudes, simply get a 70's Continental Town Car and plow as many pedestrians till your heart is content! No gun, knife, or anything else needed... Substitute any real American car, or perhaps a 240 ...

Re: Don't Ask This Kid
Buddies I grew up with and the local demolition derby officials had a label for them cars .... Tank.
One mopped up the competition in a derby. After that, banned for use in demolition derbies.

Re: The Wagon Queen Family Truckster sold for $91,000.00!
Wow, that's a lot of money. I'm unemployed now, so I think I'll spend all my savings and won't be able to afford even a toy car.

* When the oil is thin it will break down much quicker at higher temperatures. It does help the engine spin freely but at a cost during higher ambient temps. No way to get around the science. Best to be able to confirm oil temp. Been running the Castrol Titanium in the 0W-40 in the S80 T6, GS300 and...

Re: 2004 V70 AWD and different tread depths
With 160K...I'd not pay more than $2K for it. I'd buy 4 new tires (Kumho is $100/each) and sell the old tires on craigslist. However, if you decide to keep the tires, then the 2 tires on the same axle must be the same brand and same wear. Once the AWD is damaged, you can drive it as FWD lol... Many ...

Re: OMG What's with the Sludge/Carbon Buildup on the I5Turbo?
Hey all. I had a 2001 XC70 that died on the way to the interior of BC. Lost oil pressure in the middle of nowhere and had to limp it in-car was toast, and many miles away from home so I had to let it go. After this experience I searched and found out the oil pickup tube likes to get clogged up. Pre...

Re: OMG What's with the Sludge/Carbon Buildup on the I5Turbo?
Chay, when you dropped the pan & cleaned everything, did you update the oil pickup tube? Guessing you replaced all the various seals & o-rings, but in addition to these things there is a newer updated version that supersedes the original metal ones. The new plastic ones have a trumpet/bellmo...
