Replaced the blown out tie rods (inner and outer), replaced the sway bar links, re-replaced the sway bar links after the Meyle HD link broke, and went and got the alignment done. Wait, this is news to me. You can replace the valve stem seals without pulling the head? You pull the cam cover and cams. You're already pulling the timing belt. Having just removed all the exhaust bolts, that is most certainly an exhaust stud. There may be enough tension across the exhaust manifold to prevent a leak. You would need to move the exhaust shield to see. Could also send a bore scope camera to visualize the studs.
