Some answers 1. C70 is a P1 car 5 cylinder turbo 2. Being a 12 year car, I would suggest the thermostat, even with the low mileage, and check or replace temp sensor 3. If the fan isn't coming on, then that could allow the coolant to expand enough to overfill the tank 4. The "octopus hose" ...

We usually leave the existing 1 x sheathing and go over it with 1/2" ply. Makes for a nice flat firm roof.
New houses often just have the 1/2" ply, and not only are they squishy to walk on, but you can often see the trusses telegraphing through the new roof.
