Out of the box they tend to run around 0.045 and you need to gap them at 0.028 and error on the tight side.

I recall those being 6mm 1.0 x 20 mm long bolts. you can get those at home depot, lowe's, tractor supply, etc. it is not a special bolt. Get a flat washer for it so it doesn't dig into the aluminum of the bypass valve body.
