I'm guessing the car will stop working with water everywhere before having a snorkel is an issue. It's a slightly higher road cruiser after all. So don't rely on it. But for the looks, sure go for it and make sure you post pictures!

There are a couple of small spaces to the side of the spare Tyre well. I've got a flat tire spray there for example. Checked those?
