Definitely clean ETM. It’s not an easy read but much easier with radiator out. Reinstall before radiator. Use throttle body cleaner on clutch, no solvent loose in throttle body. No carb cleaner. Vida has all the correct wiring, you might find the downloads are 99% correct but miss some subtle stuff ...

A long shot, but maybe the roll-over valve has jammed shut. Worth checking if fuel is getting passed there. After the accident it may have jolted closed to prevent fuel leakage.
