They are line bored. That is why you do not see a part number for the Cam cover in the parts catalog.

I agree that it looks motor oil-ish in the photos, but the dipsticks tell a different tale... Once the fluid puddles on the ground it is pretty dark (I have yet to change the transmission fluid,) where the oil is still new looking. That leak in the photo looks like a leak from a fresh oil change? C...

Congratulations! Don't forget to plug in your knock sensors. Keeping that stub shaft polished is really important when it comes time to reinstall. I'm guessing your TC stub shaft wasn't nestled up all the way in, even though bolted all the way around the flex plate. That plate really can flex quite ...

The early throttle bodies go through about 10,000 miles of futz before they kick the bucket, it might be it got stuck from some carbon and is fine. Keep driving and keep an eye open for ETM codes
