Horn contacts

Post by Fulvia »

Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.
I have read Terry Haywood's comments . Three of the contacts are shot, the other can possible be repaired. Where can I buy the contacts without having to buy the stirring wheel?

Thanks

I don't know where to get the part, but I had my '93 850 in the shop for a dead horn and they had the whole steering column pulled apart. What a sight and it was some circular metal part that needed to be replaced. They didn't have the part on hand and I never got it back in for a horn, but it looked like a tough job. Big money.
