240 - not car it is terminator . Topic is solved

I am working at Volvo autoservice . And yesterday VOLVO 240 visited our service . It is about 12 years now. So the owner said us to check this car. My workmate tried to open the engine place but it didn't. Spending some time we opened it . There was alot of garbadge , everithing was dirty . We cleaned it and decided to cheak oil . But tere was no oil there were about 300 ml of some flooding (it was old oil) and that was all. The breking mechanisms was not changed for 12 years . Can you imagine 12 years without repearing of everithing!!!!!!!!!! The next day the owner came to take it away . We were greatly interested. He said that this car is about 250 000 miles on road and never brokes . He only changed acamulators and other things . In fact oil wasn't changed 35 000 miles. We were shocked. That is real car !!! Sit down and drive and no problems. No car in the world that can make so "record" like this 240.

And i want to say , that the owners of 240;740;940 are the happiest people in the world. Please dont sell this cars , stay it for your children and grandchildren for the future as a retro car

could very well be that the engine will soon die now that you serviced it. Old lumps of oil trapped in the engine may now come loose becouse of the cleaning additives in the new oil. I would change it at least twice very soon!

On the other hand it is a volvo
