Does someone know the most common area for oil leaks in this model? Mine appears to come from something that resembles a Turbo, although mine is not a turbo. It is in the center-rear of the engine.

Center rear. Hmmmm. Can you tell if it's leaking from near the top of the engine? I'm not real familiar with the underside of the XC models, but can you tell if it's coming from between the engine and the tranny?

Or it could be a turbo. Some models like the GLT were not labeled turbo, but do have a low pressure turbo.
