940 Turbo - loose wire behind instrument cluster? Topic is solved

My 1991 940t runs well when it's going - until.........all lights on instruments go out. Then it runs off battery only and dies after 20 minutes or so. When you press speedo or rev counter plexiglass cover, lights start working. All fuses OK. Is this easily fixed.
