Volvo S70 3 things that don't work front 12-v ac outlet

1998 Volvo S-70.
1. front 12-volt ac outlet does not work.
2. front passenger door lock has to be manually unlocked, but locks with button.
3. to put car in gear shiftlock override button has to be pressed.
Any assistance is appreciated.
