abs light half power on Topic is solved

VOLVO 850 1996 AUTO /NON TURBO/145000 MILES,The ABS warning light in my car has started to come on after i changed the trip computer.The funy part is that the bulb is only half power on as it has a dimer on it, but the rest of the bulbs are fully lighted, I changed the bulb but still does this with the new bulb as well.I know is not the abs because i had it rebuild recently, and abs system works fine....I have no idea what can be?
