anybody see a bad pcm on a v70 Topic is solved

i think the pcm is bad on my 98 v70 but am gunshy to spend 1200 for a new one, i have a o2 sensor code but the sensor is working corecctly, the scan tool reads 0.00 volts for the rear sensor but testing the wire at the connector shows a good switch and voltage reading, has anybody seen this problem? please let me know
