Smog & Reset Engine Light Topic is solved

Can't get my 1998 S70 to reset for a smog check. Check engine light was on, took it to be checked and reset, and the computer was reset, but now it will not accept a Smog check. keeps coming up "NOT READY". What to do next. Volvo dealer gave me info on driving at certain speeds, turn off, restart, etc., from a Volvo memo........No luck!! Anyone know what to do?

When you shut it off did you let the engine go cold (over night) It take a number of cycles to be "ready"
