suspension torque specifications Topic is solved

I have to replace both control arms on my 1993 850 GLT. I also have to replace the tie rod ends, and rear shocks too. All of these have torque specifications. Can anyone tell me what they are?

My other question is: I'm assuming all of these have to be tightened with the suspension loaded?
