96 850 blower motor stays on Topic is solved

i have a 96 850 and the blower motor bearings were going bad, then yesterday i turned off the ignition and it did not turn off. so today i go buy a bm from volvo and go to install and its still running with the car off. need to know whats goin on. bad relay??? if so where the hell is it???

Check for the blower motor relays under the dash drivers side

ant more info on where the relay is located??
