240 headlights not working Topic is solved

My daughter has a 92 240 sedan. No problem with the parking lights, but when you go to headlights all lights go off, including dash lights. High beams go on when you pull the light shift towards you,even when other lights are off. We relaced the switch, but still have the problem. Maybe a relay?

I experienced the same problem as above last night on my 89 240. Any ideas would be appreciated

Check each headlight supply wiring for crumbly wire and a short or broken wire. Also check the fuse. The high/low beam switch failed for me on a 240.
