Cranking But Won't Start Topic is solved

I have a 2000 S70 with 96,000 miles on it. Last did a tune up at 90,000. It had been sitting for about a week, started it briefly shut it off and left it for about 3 days. Now it will crank but will not fire up. Never had a problem like this before. Any advice?

maybe jump start your car and bring it to an autoshop to check the battery?

that battery??? he said it cranks but will not fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there could be lots of things....i'll start with the fuel pump

This site had the answer. I tried it and it worked, the car started up on the second try. I turned the key and pumpe the gas at it fired up slowly and ran well.
