Spark Plugs and Supension knocking

Ok I need to replace spark plugs and I am gunna put Bosch platinum 4's, also should I put new wires? Also my suspension sounds knockis when I go over bumps, what do you think it is? Thanks

Plug wires should be changed at around 100K.

If the suspension is knocking up front, it could be a broken spring seat on one of the struts. If the noise is coming from the rear, it's likely a broken upper shock mount.

I'd stay away from platinum plugs if I were you. They just don't work as well and are made for people who are too lazy to do their regular maintenance and like the idea of going 100k miles b/t changing spark plugs.
