turning a standard into an automatic

Now, this might seem like a silly question but,....

Is it possible to turn a 94 850 from a standard to an automatic?

Sure... anything's possible given enough time and money. If you have both, and it's fun for you, then do it!

If not, simply selling and buying an auto is a much better idea. :)
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

The best way to do a conversion like this is to find a donor car or wreck where you can get all the parts you need. I converted my 700 from an automatic to a standard (when I also converted to a V8 engine). These car are designed for both tranies so all the mounting points are there, all you have to do is "bolt" the new parts in. It is definitly more complex than that but it can definitly be done
