I have an 84 Wagon that has been giving me fits, we live in Wi and the cold has forced me to sell it. It may need new glow plugs, or the fuel may be gelled, but it just won't start even if the block heater is plugged in.
Rust wise it is fairly clean with just a bit in the typical places, the engine only has 150K on it and it runs like a champ (if you can get it to start). It has been sitting for about 1 month now and our neighbour has started to complain.
Heres the deal, tow it out of our yard and for $400 obo you have a good car that will take only minimal tinkering to run in winter. Or buy it and wait till summer, we got another car so this one is now just a matter of contention with the neighbour and I want it gone.

I wish you were my neighbor. The guy across from me buys a new truck when his old one dies, then parks on the front lawn with a 4 sale sign on it, (we live on a dead end), until the grass grows higher than the windows and it rots and the junk yard comes for it.
Typically the truck changes every 2 years but the pattern remains the same. This is the 5th one, this one is a GMC Jimmy with a bad tranny. Idiot left the window closest to the street open and I filled it with snow last storm while I was snowblowing.
Can't do anyting legally because your allowed one unregistered vehicle.
