Hi, time for a timing belt change on my 850 wagon, can you tell me what this repair will cost approximately?

If my memory is correct, it ran about $450. I also had them replace the serpintine belt and do a 10K service. (10k service usally runs just under $100).

I have a mechanic that lets me bring my own parts. You can usually get the parts cheaper through a website (I use SwedishEngineering.com). Cost me @ $200 for the labor. You should probably do your water pump and serpentine along with the timing belt too.
