We have a 95 Volvo 850 GLT. Lately, maybe the past month or so, we've noticed the car hesitating to start up, many times taking longer than usual.
I don't know how else to describe this, so I would appreciate some help in troubleshooting this. Where should we start and what should we do?
We'd like to diagnose the problem first and then decide on how we will fix it after that.

Do you mean you have to crank it longer? If so, how long?...hesitating to start up, many times taking longer than usual.
When were the spark plugs last replaced? Fuel filter? Air filter?
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.
Also -> Amazon link. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

Sometimes we don't have to crank it longer, it just makes a different sound when starting, not sure how to describe it, my dad drives it mostly
I'll check on those three things
