Greetings,
My 1998 S70 takes about 10 to 15 minutes to put out heat from the vents. The engine temp gauge stays at very low for several minutes; then, after 10 minutes or so, it slowly moves up and the air gets slightly warmer. What can be done to fix this? I just read something about a "thermostat" or flushing the coolant . . . what's that? How much money (USD) am I looking at?
Thanks

Here's a How-To on replacing the termostat in 850s. S70s and V70s should be nearly identical.
