'94 850 Hesitates Topic is solved

I have been searching through the vast posts but so far have not found anything resembling what I am experiencing. I have a '94 850 Turbo Wagon that has recently begun to hesitate when driving. The Service Engine light came on last week, and after running the codes, I came up with this:

315 - EVAP system Fault
232 - Long term fuel mixture too weak or too rich at idle
414 - Turbo Boost Pressure too high

I researched the manual and was pointed to possibly a bad Charcoal Canister/EVAP switch. Does anyone know what would cause those codes or if the Charcoal/EVAP could?
