How to find the right catalytic converter?

Post by Guest »

Hi. I'm trying to buy a catalytic converter online for my 96 Volvo 850 GLT, but I'm confused about all the configurations. 4-bolt-inlet vs. 2-bolt-inlet vs. spinning-front flange; with vs. without air pump; California vs. non-California. How do I know which one fits mine? Do you have any good online store to recommend? Is it doable without special tools? Thanks a lot.

http://www.all-catalytic-converters.com/ Yes you need to know the number of bolts and if you have an air pump. Remember that the O2 sensors must be moved . If you do use the old sensors put antiseize paste on the threads.
