Replacing 2.0L engine with 2.5L

Replacing 2.0L engine with 2.5L

After timing belt disaster may need to replace the engine in my 98/R V70 2.0L 10 valve. Can anybody offer advice on whether I can use a 2.5L as a replacement without any modifications.
