Parking lights wont turn off and blinkers wont work

Parking lights wont turn off and blinkers wont work

My alam went off on my car and now my parking lights won't turn off and the blinker's don't work...I now have to disconnect the battery so I won't run the charge down...any help other than taking it to the dealer?
