Information about Volvo S70

Dear sir,
I am negotiate to buy one 2000 Volvo S70,2.4 B5244S,with 45.000 kms, some people said that this car was not approved.
Can you please help me to get information about this car and if its a good decision to go in front.

The 2000 model S70 has one big problem: The ETM (Electronic Throttle Module). It is highly prone to failure around the 100k mile mark and costs nearly $1000 USD to replace at the dealer.

If you like S70's, the best year to get is 1998. It is more reliable.
