get my door panels off to work on door speakers

How can a best take my door panels off in the back and front in order to Dynomat the metal of the doors as well as change the speakers? My 1999 is not shown in Haynes. I've seen a great description of work on rear speakers on this site. Any more volvo audio folks out there?
