My husband and I were in San Diego for an appt. this tuesday, and since we had the V70 T5 we decided to stop off and see about the strange noise coming from the rt side, (CLUNK!) so we walk in to the service advisors area and were greeted by Lucia, a very personable and knowledgeable advisor. We were not supposed to drop off the car until Thursday, however the clunk noise was somewhat concerning and getting worse. she IMMEDIATELY took the car to the shop foreman, diagnosed the problem, and told us it was not a safety issue but it was covered under the factory extended warranty

In addition she looked at the sunroof, which had become very noisy. she saw that the metal that was attached to the glass had become detached, warranty work again. all in all, it was very positive. even got the loaner, usually reserved for cars that are inside the 4/50 warranty. a nice little red S40

Thanks Lucia, and SD Volvo so far we are very impressed
