S70 Turbo Seal Replacement

My S70 is smoking and a mechanic tells me that I need the turbo seal replaced. How difficult is this and do I need any special tools? Are there any good Volvo repair manuals?

What trim level S70 is it and how many miles are on the car? What color is the smoke?
