No.Virginia/DC Mechanic needed for 240

Just moved from Denver to Northern Virginia - Anyone out there know of a good Volvo mechanic in this area? I'm hoping to find someone who works with older Volvos....(mine is an '87).

Thanks so much for all your help - this is a great forum.

There is a place in rockville md that customers rave about called Scott's Specialtys. They only service Volvos.

Paul's Volvo Specialist in Richmond, VA -- 804-276-6161

You can call ahead and reserve a loaner car. They have a fleet of older Volvos they loan out for $5 a day while they work on your car. You can spend the day shopping, visiting Williamsburg, whatever.

Paul himself was a Volvo trainer. This shop works only on Volvos. Honest, reliable -- boy, do I miss them when it comes to minor maintenance. Never had a better mechanic for any car.

Saluda motors,merrifield Va. ( across from King David memorial Gardens) Independent been in business at least 30 yrs in the same location.
