Do I need to change my 1995 volvo 850 spring?

Do I need to change my 1995 volvo 850 spring?

I notice my 850 tilts left side when I look from trunk. I just change two front struts and two rear shocks before. Do I need to change 4 springs or just 2 springs and also if I want have lower springs, do I need to replace struts and shocks?
