Light bulb replacement

How do i change the gear shifter bulb in my 1993 940 turbo? I have removed the center console and removed the 4 bolts holding down the shifter. What next?

Also, how do I change the light bulbs in in front panel secton left and right under the instrument cluster? all of them are out except one. I do not want to break the plastic and trim n stuff.
