Not sure it's worth trying to patch the leaking plastic side of the radiator. My daughter's car developed a small leak a few months ago. My father-in-law and I removed and replaced the radiator and all the hoses for about $300. There are instructions somewhere in the forum on how to do the replacement. I generally followed them...with a few exceptions. I actually removed the front trim on top of the bumper (simply pulled them off) and removed the headlights. This added about 1/2 an hour to the total repair time, but made the process of removing the radiator easier. The actual removal and replacement of the radiator itself is very straight forward. I recommend that you replace the little O-rings around the auto transmission hoses if you have them. I also stepped on one of the transmission clips and broke it, so I replaced the clips as well. The whole job can be done in a few hours and was actually pretty simple to do. Hope this helps

eeuroparts.com has radiators for around $200. Best just to replace them. You could try epoxy but with the heating and contracting, it will spring another leak before long.
