Volvo 940 no power to the radio

Volvo 940 no power to the radio

After starter replacement in 93 Volvo 940. Radio, vanity light, glove box light have no power. On the other hand chime rigs all the time.
I have replaced all blow fuses however it didn't cure my problem.
Where should I look for the solution?
