Oil Leak on 240 DL

How do I fix a persistant oil leak on a 240 DL. Seems to be between the engine and transmission

Pull engine, remove flywheel, replace seal, replace flywheel, replace engine.

I assume that you have already cleaned your flame trap, if you have not, do that first and see if it fixes the problem.
