cylinder block drain

hi, been having cooling problems for a while and my manual tells me there is a engine block drain plug on my 740 2 litre(b200e). I can't find one anybody know where to look??

Our 745 motor has a drain on the right side on the rear of the block- under exhaust manifold

there is a brass nipple looks like you could stick a hose on it and open--
two wrench job one to hold the fitting into the block and the other to open the "valve"

I think the biggest question is what is your cooling system toubles?
