I want to replace the leather upholstery on the driver side seat on my 960. The leather covered head rests defy my attempts to remove so the new/repaired seat back replacement can be accomplished.
The seat head rests seem to have a zipper closure underneath but, the zipper ends are hidden by a plastic end cap on either side.
My daughter has a 740 estate in which the rear seat head rests come out easily when you want to fold the back seats down for more cargo room BUT, I cannot find any "button, latch, or lever" to get the 960 headrests out.
HELP!!
