My 850 Auto has a problem when reverse is selected. - Occasionaly it will select and operate as normal. - Most times i will have to apply the hand brake and then blip the revs - the veh will try and go forward then change direction and go into reverse. Power flush your transmission fluid. It sounds like your trans is about to fail.
