Anyone knows how to program the remote for a 99 S70? Is it necessary to take it to a dealer?

I've heard you can search this site and get programming instructions - Matthew usually provides links to information like that...

Matt, I've got to buy/program one for my '94, any help with the links for us?

Here's what I've found:

Try this: put your key into ignition turn 5 times on and of without starting the engine. When you turn 5-th time do not turn it off, within 5 seconds press any key on your remote. Check maybe it is going to work.
