10 amp fuse keeps blowing

anyone had any problems with 10 amp fuse that blows controlling the dash ac/heat controls and sunroof? Already replaced blower motor and fresh air cabin filter ( which was clogged). Worked a little longer and then when I went to start car it blew again.

I need HELP!

How good are you at using a DVOM and at tracing wiring???
