poor idle/acceleration

My 1994 850 (non-turbo with 106K miles) has developed a terrible habit of rough idle and terrible acceleration while cold. My 18 yr old son has been driving the car the past year, using cheap gas and making many short trips with little warm up. Now that he is gone to college I find he has polluted my baby, which always ran like a top for me. Plugs just cleaned and gapped, new wires and dist cap, and throttle body just cleaned. I have put in dry gas and a few bottles of Techron fuel injector cleaner, and several tankfuls of 93 octane gas. Not much help. Is an injector cleaning the next step?? Any help is appreciated.

When was the last time you had the computer checked? I had rough idle problems and found that the problem was in the fuel injector throttle assembly. The dealer adjusted and cleaned it and the problem disappeared.
