240 stumbles when warm

My 93 240 runs great for about 20 -30 minutes after startup. After that, it will not keep a steady idle stalls if I don't keep my foot on the gas. If it does stall, it will immediately start back up.

I have checked every blooming thing in the book, but can't seem to rectify this problem.
