1999 S80 repair manual

Does anyone know where I can get a repair manual for the 1999 S80?

Looks like Amazon doesn't have a Haynes manual for the S80, which probably means there isn't one.

That leaves the official Volvo service manual (sorry, can't find link) and things like http://www.autoeducation.com/alldata/Volvo.html for $25/year which may be a good deal, but I don't know.

I use alldata. It is a subscription based service. It costs about $20.00 per year. It has on line photos, service cost, repair instructions, etc.

I called Volvo while in Sweden on vacation and they don't offer one however Haynes informed me that they are expected to release the repair manual for Volvo S80 next month (2/06).

try ebay. do a search on "vadis" (thats what Volvo calls their electronic service manual).
