760 GLE 1988 new buyer

I'm about to buy an VOLVO760 GLE (engine 2.8 non turbo). The only think that am affraid is high milege: 400 000km.(Australia)??? Please give me an advice - How long the engine may run? Now is in reasonable condition. Still have power and No smoke. It's been regulary serviced and has only 1 owner. Thanks.
