Does anyone know where the vacuum pump for the cruise control is located?
An independent mechanic I had doing some work on the car diagnosed this as the reason my cruise wasn't working. He said it there wasn't much labor involved but the part was pricy ($150 for a used one).
The Haynes manual causually states 'no specific removal, installation etc. avilable at time of writing.'
